iep2 has enjoyed a great relationship with Chico Unified School District. We completed the Facilities Master Plan in 2014 and an update in 2016. The Facilities Master Plan of 2014 was completed as a sub-consultant of one our strategic partners, Darden Architects. Schoolworks also joined the team to provide demographics and school funding alternatives.
