About iep2

A Facilities Long Range Plan opens up so many great opportunities. It is an opportunity to strengthen the relationship of your facilities with the functional program and new standards; it is an opportunity to open up a dialogue with the entire community; it is an opportunity to create equitable facilities that support great learning environments; it is an opportunity to create a community supported implementation plan; and it is a great opportunity to define what facility changes are needed in order to create great facilities. The iep2 Team does facilities master plans because of these opportunities!

The iep2 Team has a combined history of over 50 years of planning and programming experience. Tim Haley’s experience has included assisting school districts with their long range planning and designing both modernization and new construction projects. Tim and Ellen Mejia-Hooper have been working together for over 10 years providing school long range planning and programming for modernization and new construction projects. They approach every opportunity to complete a long range plan with a school district with enthusiasm and creativity, first as listeners, then as advisers and finally as a proud supporter of what will be a community based long range plan.

District requirements and or needs vary from district to district. We understand this, and we design our overall team to meet these needs. We have, in our past long range plans, worked with Architects and Planners  to provide both overall Team support and more specifically the building of on-site review teams. We also work with cost estimators in our work on Long Range Plans.
